He brings strong stamina influence from his sire Monsun, one of the most influential National Hunt stallions in Europe. Lauro's stock are proven jumpers, with winners over hurdles and fences including classy performers like Ain’t That A Shame and Shewearsitwell.

Out of Ambre Des Marais (Fragrant Mix) – a mare from a robust French jumping family, known for soundness and tenacity. Fragrant Mix is also a respected National Hunt influence, adding further depth to this gelding’s jumping credentials.

This yearling combines stamina, toughness and class, and with both sides of his pedigree pointing firmly to a future over obstacles, he's been purpose-bred for the National Hunt scene.

📈 Conformation & Outlook

A well-grown, athletic type with an excellent walk and a powerful backend, this gelding looks every inch a staying chaser in the making. He has size and scope, with a temperament that suggests he’ll be straightforward to break and train.

He will be broken in later this year with a view to going into full training at Ewan Whillans Racing, where his development will be carefully managed with the long-term goal of a hurdling debut as a 4- or late 5-year-old.
