Race Preview: Dublinofficecallin – 3.20 Ayr

Dublinofficecallin heads to Ayr for the 3.20 with Craig Nichol in the saddle for Ewan Whillans Racing. He is a horse we feel will benefit from better ground conditions and is one we expect to improve with time and experience.

The main aim today is to see him run his race, travel well, and finish off his effort strongly. If he can show a bit of promise and come home having learned something from the run, we would be more than happy with that.

Should the ground prove not quite to his liking, we won’t be hard on him. His welfare always comes first and we’ll simply look after him, take the positives from the outing, and look towards another day when conditions suit him better.

He’s a horse we believe will progress as the season goes on, so today is very much another step forward in his development.
