We’re just days away from an exciting milestone — the first runners for the Ewan Whillans Racing Club! The horses are primed, the freshly designed silks have arrived, and everything is set for a thrilling start.

This is your chance to get involved from the very beginning with two race-ready horses and exclusive access to the behind-the-scenes journey.

🏇 First Runner:

Ramon Di Loria (pictured below)

📍 Saturday – Carlisle, 5:00pm

A seasoned and talented sprinter, Ramon Di Loria lines up for the club’s first official run this weekend. A winner of 8 races, including 2 victories already this year, he’s in great form and we’re confident there’s still plenty more to come from him.

🐎 Second Runner:

Showmethewayhome

📍 Sunday – Ayr (Entries at 2:55 & 5:15)

Next up is Showmethewayhome, a filly by Showcasing with strong form in her back catalogue. Though winless in 11 starts, she has placed twice, finishing second in races that have since worked out well. After a comeback run to blow away the cobwebs, we expect her to take a step forward this season.

We’ll track declarations closely and run her in the most suitable race.
