Millbuie Heads to Hamilton This Evening

Today we send out Millbuie for Ewan Whillans Racing in the 5.20 at Hamilton, with Rowan Scott taking the ride.

Last time out, things didn’t quite go to plan. The trip, the way the race unfolded, and being forced to race wide up near the front probably didn’t play to his strengths. We’re happy to put a line through that effort.

Millbuie may still be searching for his first win, but his most promising runs have come here at Hamilton, which gives us encouragement. The plan today will be to get him settled, tucked in behind the pace, and hopefully let him finish his race off strongly. The ground looks suitable, and while this is a competitive contest, we’d be delighted to see him in the first four. Anything beyond that would be a real bonus.
