Zephlyn Bids for the Hat-Trick at Catterick

We’re back at Catterick this evening for the 7:40, and all eyes are on Zephlyn as he looks to land a third consecutive winover course and distance. After two impressive victories here, he returns in great form and full of confidence.

Today’s task is a little trickier, upped 3lb in the handicap makes life harder , but we’re not fazed. The ground is on the slower side of good, which holds no concerns for us—he’s shown he can handle it just fine. He’ll be renewing rivalry with a horse he beat last time out, and there’s another strong contender from the Patrick Neville yard expected to be in the mix, suggesting there could be plenty of early pace.

Tactics will be key in what looks to be a competitive contest, but we’re in safe hands with Jason, whose experience will be invaluable in deciding whether to sit handy or go forward.

Zephlyn is well at home, conditions are right, and with everything in place, we’re hopeful he can make it three wins on the bounce for The Farming Boys.

Let’s hope for another big run!
